Autopilot expense tracking for the UAE

Install once.
It tracks itself.

Spendfeed logs every dirham on its own — Apple Pay taps, bank alerts, screenshots and open banking — and tells you what’s actually safe to spend until salary day.

Autopilot

You stop typing. Spendfeed keeps count.

Set it up once, in about five minutes. From then on every card tap, bank alert and transfer lands in Spendfeed by itself — already categorised, never duplicated.

iPhone Four ways in, all automatic

  • Apple Pay automation

A one-time Shortcuts automation runs Spendfeed the moment you tap to pay. Amount, merchant and card are logged in the background — no app opening.

    Guided one-time setup
  • Bank SMS automation

A Messages automation you create hands bank alerts to Spendfeed, which reads them on your phone. Anything that isn’t a transaction is discarded on the spot.

    Your inbox stays yours
  • Screenshot Radar

Screenshot a receipt, a bank app or a payment confirmation. Spendfeed reads it with on-device text recognition and logs it. The image never leaves your phone.

    Optional
  • Open Banking

Link your bank through UAE Open Finance (CBUAE AlTareq, via Lean) for a complete feed that reconciles everything else and catches anything missed.

    Rolling out bank by bank

Android Notification capture

Spendfeed listens for your banks’ alerts as they arrive and logs them in seconds — including push-only banks. Notification access only: never SMS permission, never accessibility services.

Safe to Spend

One number to live by.

Not your balance — what’s actually yours to spend until salary day, after the rent cheque, school fees, BNPL instalments and bills that are already on their way.

  • Recalculates itself after every capture
  • Knows your salary day and your buffer
  • Ask “can I afford AED 1,200 on Friday?” and get a yes — or the date it becomes one

Horizon

See the cliffs before you hit them.

UAE money doesn’t move monthly. Rent leaves in one to four cheques; school fees by the term. Spendfeed plots the next 90 days with every lump sum where it really falls — no averaging — and sets a little aside each month so the big days stop being scary.

Which card

The right card, every time.

Spendfeed knows each card’s cashback rules and how much of this month’s cap is left, so it tells you which card to pull out — and, gently, how much you’d have earned with the best one.

Splits · free forever

Split anything. Chase no one.

Friends don’t need the app. They get a WhatsApp settle card with first names and an amount; when they transfer, Spendfeed spots the payment and settles the card by itself.

  • Groups for trips, flats and couples — or just one friend
  • Multiple payers; split equally, exactly, by %, by shares or with adjustments
  • Itemised receipts: tap who had what, service and VAT shared fairly
  • Simplify debts across a whole group
  • Recurring rent, DEWA and internet splits
  • Never behind a paywall. Not now, not later.

Privacy

Parsed on your phone. Not on our servers.

A money app should know less about you, not more. Spendfeed is built around the UAE Personal Data Protection Law from the first line of code.

  • Parsed on your phone

Bank alerts are understood on-device. Only the structured transaction syncs — amount, merchant, date. The alert text itself is never uploaded.

  • Redacted first

OTPs, full card numbers, CVVs, Emirates ID and IBANs are stripped before anything is stored or sent.

  • No SMS permission

Spendfeed never asks for SMS access, accessibility services or your contacts. Ever.

  • No ads, no selling

Your data isn’t sold or used for advertising. Analytics never include amounts, merchants or message text.

  • Built for PDPL

Export everything or delete your account from Settings, any time. Privacy requests answered within 30 days.

  • Friends see almost nothing

Settle cards show first names and an amount — nothing else — and expire after 30 days.
